How to make the real carbonara

One of the most discussed topic in this world is: Which is the real Carbonara? Well, this video will show you the truth!

Carbonara, dish was created in the middle of the 20th century and it is still today one of the most famous Italian dishes and of really common use in Rome.

Main ingredients are eggs, cheese (Pecorino Romano or Parmigiano-Reggiano), bacon (guanciale or pancetta), and black pepper.

Spaghetti is usually used as the pasta; however, fettuccine, rigatoni, linguine or bucatini can also be used. In this video, Antonio Carluccio, Italian chef, restaurateur and food expert, based in London and well known as the godfather of Italian gastronomy, shows how to make the real carbonara.
